Worked the tech floor helping customers with electronics, tablets, laptops, smart home devices, and accessories. Got pretty good at breaking down complicated product specs in a way that actually made sense to people. Stayed on top of new releases so I could give accurate recommendations. Worked closely with my team to keep the department organized and moving during busy periods.

Built a relational SQL database to manage university-level academic data including students, courses, and syllabi. The whole point was to make it easy to search through and find what you need without it being a headache. The schema connects student enrollment records directly to their courses and course syllabi so everything is organized and accessible.
